*Visiting Scholar Program Dates:

Sunday, June 18th to Sunday, August, 13, 2017

--Move in: Sunday, June 18, 2017 (after 3 pm)

--Program Orientation: Monday, June  19, 2017

--First day in Lab: Tuesday, June 20, 2017

--Last day of Program: Friday, August 11, 2017

--Move out: Saturday, August 12, 2017 by noon

*Please note: we do not provide parking, those arrangements will have to be made on your own. You will be getting two meals a day and staying in a single room. Your research stipend should be organized by your home campus. You must take your home campus research safety course before you come to our campus. Your lab may ask you to take addtional safety training and acquire additional identification - so please submit those requirements to Director Lizarraga by the end of May 2017.

*UC Berkeley Graduate School Application Fee Waiver for  UC LEADS Fee Scholars (update August 2016)

--The Graduate Divison at our campus has let us know that current UC LEADS Scholars can receive a free fee waiver to apply to UC Berkeley graduate program during their senior year. Please select the box on the applicaiton that says "UC LEADS". The Graduate Division may ask to you to verify your participation after you have applied.

--If the student is no longer an undergraduate then they are not eligible at this time for a fee waiver.
